Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://theweddingbartenders.com/ (“Site”) and any services provided by The Wedding Bartenders (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
We provide bartending, beverage catering, mocktail studio services, and related event services. Specific service scope, deliverables, timings and fees will be set out in a written proposal/contract for each event.

2. Quotes, deposits & payments

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
• A booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit stated in your proposal/agreement.
• Final payment terms will be set out in the contract. Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers. Any fees charged by those providers are the user’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• Cancellation by client: If you cancel after confirmation, cancellation fees may apply as set out in your contract (partial/forfeit deposit depending on lead time).
• Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure). In such cases we will offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

4. Client obligations

• Provide accurate event details and access to the venue as required.
• Ensure compliance with venue rules, local laws and licensing (e.g., liquor license, where applicable).
• Provide necessary permits and permissions; the client is responsible if these are not in place.

5. Health & safety
We follow applicable health & safety standards. The client must advise of allergies, dietary restrictions and any special requirements. We are not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed information.

6. Intellectual property
All website content, images, descriptions and intellectual property are owned by The Wedding Bartenders or used with permission. You may not reuse our content without written consent.

7. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damages arising out of our services shall be limited to the total fees paid for the relevant event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy (link to /privacy-policy). By using our services you consent to that processing.

9. Changes to services or terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Site and, for booked clients, by direct communication.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
